WARRANTY

Seu Desejo do not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products. All of our items are unique and mostly handmade by artisans from around the world and may have slight variations, flaws and/or imperfections as the materials used can vary in texture and colour.  

PURCHASES

All orders placed through our website acknowledge and are undertaken in accordance with our terms and conditions. 

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.

While every effort has been made to ensure our products/colours are represented accurately, there can be slight variations in colour and texture as presented on our website. 

Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund should our suppliers advise they are unable to supply a particular item. 

PRICES

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price (plus any applicable shipping and handling charges) in Australian Dollars for all orders. 

We reserve the right to change the prices of our items at any time without notice.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

If the Goods are damaged or not of acceptable quality, you may have rights under:

• Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act2010(Cth) (the Australian Consumer Law);

• Other consumer laws applying in each Australian State or Territory; and/or

• Our Refunds Policy.

 AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

If there is a major problem with the items, a refund or a replacement may be available.

If there is a minor problem with your items (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) we may repair the items instead of offering you a replacement or a refund.

Unless we are required to do so under the Australian Consumer Law, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

Product care 

If you have damaged the goods yourself, or you have failed to take proper care of the goods we may not be able to provide you with a refund or replacement.  Items removed from original packaging are not able to be returned or refunded unless faulty.

CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

As we process your orders immediately for prompt delivery, we regret that cancellation or change to your order may not always be possible unless we receive your request by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your original order. No cancellation or change of orders will be accepted once your order has been dispatched.

Out of Stock Items

In the unforeseen event that you have purchased an item that is out of stock or unavailable, we will discuss with you your options for choosing an alternative item or where possible putting an order in for the original item. If you choose to put in an order for the original item, we will give you an estimated timeframe for delivery of the order.
If neither of these options suit, Seu Desejo will allow you to cancel your order with a full refund given.

DISCOUNT CODES TERMS OF USE

All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding any delivery costs that may apply and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
Discount codes must be entered in to the Voucher Code field on the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
Discounts codes cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
Discounts codes cannot be combined with site wide sale discounts.
Discounts codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
