RETURNS

We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange of any full priced items within 14 days from when you received your order. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition with original labels.  Note: The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged - Candles, rugs and pillows.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 
Please contact  admin@seudesejo.com.au  to obtain details. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to make sure we receive your return as items can get lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the items an email will be sent to confirm your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, we do not refund the original shipping fee.

SALE ITEMS
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final and ineligible for a refund.

PRE ORDERS
Once your pre-order is made, we cannot offer a refund as each item is made to order. 

EXCHANGES
Sorry we do not exchange items

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

To report a faulty or incorrect item, please email admin@seudesejo.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of items and quote your invoice number in the email 'Subject' line. Please provide photo/s of the damaged item and include any other relevant information. Faulty items will be replaced subject to availability or fully refunded.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items, this is part of their character and what makes them so unique.
